The Kate, Wichita Falls is located in the heart of a revitalized downtown Wichita Falls. Geared towards MSU students who have an active lifestyle, The Kate offers 110 efficiency rooms with private baths. The building is best known for the Highlander Public House. Although microwaves are allowed in the rooms, and you will have access to communal kitchens, the individual rooms don't have full kitchens so you may want to take advantage of the student meal plans offered by our local restaurants.
Lounge by the pool day or night. Swim Laps, or get the neighbors together for a little water volleyball. It's the only pool in downtown Wichita Falls, so take advantage of it.
Hang out watching the football game on the big screen TV with your buddies. Play a game of ping pong or just read in the lounge areas.

Each room is 238 square feet and includes it's own private full bathroom. Rooms come furnished with a queen size bed, marble vanity with mirror, desk, and chair. Shared rooms with two queen size beds are also available.
